Bitwise insists ‘no affiliation’ with startup facing SEC charges

Crypto index investmrent supervisor Bitwise Asset Control has wired that it has deny courting with the failed era startup Bitwise Industries, which is recently dealing with fees from the USA Securities and Alternate Fee.

On Nov. 9, Irma Olguin Jr. and Jake Soberal, the founders of Bitwise Industries, have been charged with conspiring to devote twine fraud and taking $100 million from diverse traders in spite of their failing trade style. The SEC has alleged that the pair falsified paperwork to mislead traders and lift finances.
